• This insurance covers loss and damage incurred during transit and is valid for 5 days from the delivery date. 

• If loss or damage occurs, claims MUST include the following otherwise the claim is invalid and Olympic Rebuilds isn’t liable for damages: 1. A detailed description of the damage, 2. Supporting images of the damaged item

Olympic Rebuilds will assist in filing a claim with the freight carrier, which typically takes 7-14 business days to process.
