Returns, Refunds, Repairs, and Exchanges
Olympic rebuilds strives to be transparent about how our returns work. This page offers the available options should you run into any issues with your Olympic Rebuilds PC.
Valid Returns:

Open return policy allows returns for reason accept accidental damage.
Invalid Returns:

Accidental damage occurring after the product is handed over to the freight carrier.
Refunds, repairs, and exchanges are available based on an assessment of the return. Olympic Rebuilds reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a return is valid or invalid and will provide supporting documentation for all decisions.

30-day warranty on all products, starting from the delivery date.

Refunds are issued after Olympic Rebuilds receives and validates the returned item.

If a return is invalid, the cost of repairs and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.

If the return is valid, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

For valid returns (i.e., defects or mistakes by Olympic Rebuilds), repairs and shipping will be done at no cost.

For invalid returns (e.g., accidental damage by the customer), repairs are available at a flat fee of $150, plus the cost of replacement parts.

If you choose not to proceed with repairs, you may opt for an exchange or request a refund as per the Refund Policy.

A flat $49.99 plus tax shipping fee applies to all exchanges.

If you are exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid, along with the shipping fee.

For exchanges to lower-value products, the difference will be deducted from the shipping fee.

If your return is valid, we cover the return shipping costs, but exchanges still incur the flat shipping fee of $49.99. Olympic Rebuilds will not be responsible for covering exchange shipping fees.

If your return is invalid, the original shipping cost and accidental damage cost will be deducted from the exchange amount.
